1. Scope of service
Euvera Travels provides travel planning, reservation support, holiday and group coordination, visa-application support, corporate travel, study travel, mobility support and related services as described in the relevant quotation, invoice, service agreement or booking confirmation.
2. Visa and immigration decisions
Euvera does not issue visas and does not guarantee visa approval, entry clearance, immigration outcomes or decisions by embassies, consulates, border authorities or other government bodies. Customers remain responsible for truthful and complete information and genuine supporting documents.
3. Prices and availability
Airfares, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, supplier fees and availability can change before confirmation. A quotation is not a booking unless Euvera confirms the reservation and any required payment conditions have been met.
4. Customer responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for checking names, dates, passport validity, entry requirements and booking details supplied for confirmation. Customers should promptly tell Euvera about errors or changes.
5. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation, change and refund rights depend on the Euvera service terms and the rules of the airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer or other supplier involved. Service fees may be separate from supplier charges. The applicable terms should be stated in the quotation or booking documentation before payment.
6. Third-party suppliers
Flights, hotels, tours, transfers, insurance and destination services may be delivered by independent suppliers. Their own terms and operational decisions can apply in addition to Euvera’s service terms.
7. Travel disruption
Events outside reasonable control—including weather, strikes, security events, government actions, supplier failures or schedule changes—may affect a trip. Euvera will provide reasonable assistance within the scope of the purchased service but cannot guarantee that third-party disruption will not occur.
8. Website content
Destination, visa and travel information is provided for general guidance and may change. Customers should not treat website content as a substitute for current official requirements where an authority controls the relevant rule.
